Rebecca Agae
Club Director
Rebecca grew up playing multiple sports and ended up loving volleyball most. Growing up in Hawai'i she played within the PAL leagues before moving to Las Vegas, Nevada. She played club volleyball for Nevada Juniors from 2004-2006 and Club Vegas from 2006-2008.
Rebecca went to Yavapai College in Prescott, Arizona and competed in the ACCAC for the NJCAA. She has coached for numerous CCSD high school programs and for CSA of Nevada. Rebecca has experience working with athletes from ages 8-18 on basic and individual skill development. We are so excited to have her as our club director this season!

Stacy Sykora
Development & Program Director
Stacy is a Two-time All American Outside Hitter, Three-time Olympian, silver medalist and is the first ever US Libero; considered one of the best to ever play the position. Stacy's dynamic play over her 15+ year professional career has earned her fans worldwide, plus countless awards, including best libero and best defender in the world.
After a tragic bus accident ended her career as a professional athlete, Stacy has been coaching and motivating others by sharing her experience and amazing story. She has had recent stints coaching the US Junior and Youth National Teams and continues to work with USA Volleyball supporting camps and tryouts. Stacy is passionate about changing lives and sharing her love for the sport of volleyball.
Stacy has played volleyball professionally in Italy, Russian, Spain and Brazil, learning the language in each. She loves music and art and spends her free time creating and living in-concert.


Sara mason
Senior Advisor
Sara is a practicing attorney of nearly 30 years, focusing on healthcare and environmental law. She moved to Las Vegas from Miami, FL 23 years ago where she raised three children with her husband Billy. Sara's passion for volleyball developed over the past 10 years as her youngest pursued the sport and now heads to college to continue her career. Sara has a love for the outdoors and hikes and bikes regularly.
Sara saw a unique opportunity with Stacy Sykora to grow the sport of volleyball in Las Vegas by establishing a healthy and positive environment for other young athletes to thrive.
